The Enrollment Process

We know you want to find the best possible educational
environment that will meet the needs of your child, stimulate their development,
engage their creativity and create a life-long love of learning. At My
Montessori our admissions process is designed to educate families about
the wonder of Montessori education and to determine if we are the community
where your child can blossom and thrive.

 

1. Schedule a Tour/ Classroom Observation:

Tour/ Classroom Observation are the first steps of our enrollment process.
This is the best way to learn about the Montessori Method and our school.
You will see current students and faculty in action. Observations are
available most weekdays in the morning at 9:15 am. If possible, we encourage
both parents to come. This is for parents only, no children. The classroom
observation takes about 30 minutes and then you will briefly meet with
the school Director. The entire visit will take approximately an hour.
Observations can be scheduled by calling the school at 781 333-4898(Woburn)
or filling our form.

2. Decision to Enroll:

After your tour and observation, interested families can proceed with the
enrollment process. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is due
with the completed application. The school considers this to be an
indication of the family’s willingness and commitment to embrace
the Montessori philosophy and methodology.

3. Child Visit:

Once the application is received, the child is invited to visit the
school and meet with our teachers in the classroom. These are small group
or individual visits. This offers us the chance to learn more about your
child and observe him/her in the classroom.

4. Enrollment:

At the end of the enrollment process, you will receive a packet with required
documents. These need to be completed and sent back to My Montessori with
the non-refundable tuition deposit (1st tuition installment) within 15
days. Once this is received, the enrollment process is complete.
